“The company was very prompt in sending out our order and we are very pleased with our purchase. The only problem could have been that our two large boxes were left outside our back door which is on a side road in central Bath! Had we been out of Bath the boxes could have been taken by anyone. There were no tracking notifications, absolutely no contact with the courrier.”

It’s proving to b a nightmare”
Thanks for your review. Your purchase was sent out on time and the couriers tried to deliver three times over three days and left cards to let you know each time. After three attempts, they return the item to their depot. As we informed you in an email, you need to contact the couriers to arrange to collect. Unfortunately, we don't know every depot that they have.
