“Very very poor service my parcel was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 weeks but was actually delivered over 18 weeks later. If this isn’t bad enough, every time I phone they are extremely rude to me and it’s clear they don’t care at all about their customer. I will never use this service again and I am trying my best to alert other innocent customers.”

“Hi, I didn’t want to give even one star. AVOID THIS COMPANY‼️ THEY ARE THIEVES AND FRAUD‼️ I sent parcel through this company to Pakistan and my family over there received only 25% of the stuff I sent, 75% is missing they stole all the expensive stuff I sent. They only received less valuable things. Two large suitcases plus two large boxes are missing. They don’t answer the call. Do not be tricked by these culprits ‼️”

“I had a very bad experience from Pakistan cargo 4 U. This is unreliable cargo services who do not have courtesy to message or inform the customer that they are not coming to pick up cargo packages and have changed the dates. Please don't try to make UK as Pakistan.”

“Hi guys, I had very bad experience with Pakistan cargo 4u kindly do not trust them and also send your valuable items to your loves one in Pakistan. Kindly refunds our items or ready for legall necessary action against of Pakistan cargo 4u. Very bad service we are missing our lot of expincive items. They're cheating and playing with innocent people so kindly do not trust, waiste money, waiste precious time . I would like to request with everyone please avoid from cheater/ fraud Pakistan cargo 4u. We will raise our voice through social media platforms / legal action because we are suffering and we don't want another our brother or sister will be suffering so please support us and raise your voice against cheater fraud dishonest Pakistan Cargo 4u. Please do not trust and do not send your valuable items from Pakistan cargo 4u ( very disappointed with thire very bad service.”

“These guys are fraudulent they steal my stuff and deliver after 4 months. I reported them my stuff was missing they asked me to send them photos which I did and now nearly two months no reply. They are thieves never hire their service please 🙏 Even after stolen things they will deliver left over after four months. Rubbish service the guy who attends the call he is so unprofessional and rude. Don’t hire them otherwise you will repent.”

“I just received my shipping things today and I am so angry, half of my things they take out , all my artificial jewellery all my expensive stuff They take it , they are thieves never use their service very dishonest people , I really from bottom of my heart bad wishes for them, may Allah robe theirs houses , then they feel your hard working money if someone take it , how it feels”

“Hands down the best pak cargo company I have been with. The prices are affordable and the timing is good. They collect from your house and deliver to your door step in pakistan. I haven't had a problem with this company and im looking forward to sending some more stuff in the future. Great work :)”

“I sent my stuff through them to Pakistan, I called them couple of times to ask about it as it took way more than 8weeks. Second time, the person I spoke to was really rude and just before he hung up on me he swear 'wah hiyat'. Customer service is awful, stay away from this company.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars to this company, Pathetic Customer Service. I called them 2 weeks ago to ask about my parcel upon which I was told that it would be delivered next week, I called them the next week they told me that it will be delivered by the coming week, I waited patiently. Today I called them to ask for an update, firstly I would like to highlight the tone of the staff talking to me was extremely rude, he told me that my stuff is in custom and will take another week so I told him that they have been stalling since a long time and I need my stuff ASAP, He said since the stuff is in custom it can take a long time upon which I said to him that what if it takes a year? So his reply was yes it can take a year or even 2 years, after listening this I was extremely frustrated and I told him that I have read your reviews and you guys do this to every customer, the stuff never arrives on time and plenty of things are missing, obviously I don’t want that to happen to me, the guy was like good for you if the read the reviews, his tone was so rude that I immediately asked him to transfer me to his supervisor and he asked me to call on Monday, I said to him that you’re in the UK not in Pakistan and this is the customer service you provide to your customers, is this how you are supposed to speak to them? I asked the guy his name but he said i’m not giving it to you call on monday and hung up. I called thrice again because I was genuinely mad however they declined the call once and didn’t pick the call twice. This has genuinely been the worst experience of my life and I definitely recommend everyone to stay away from this company. I am going to report them to Trading Standards, Companies like these shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the UK.”

“Stay well clear from this organisation. A pathetic service, full of rubbish. If there was an option of negative stars I would've given them negative 10. Used them twice with utter disappointment. 1st time paid for air cargo which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days but there were sign of delivery even after 4 weeks, chased them numerous times with no joy, I had to find their location and paid them a visit to see where is my air cargo. Found a guy named Amir (He claimed to be the owner) there and he gave me all lame excuses and promised that it'll delivery in next 5 days but it was another delaying tactic and I had to chase again and still took another 2 weeks to deliver. Gave them a benefit of doubt and sent another cargo via sea this time, Amir promised that this time it will deliver on time and he will make it up for the last time. To my shock 3 months have passed since I handed over my cargo to them and I am still waiting for the delivery. Rude staff, fake promises and not capable of doing the job. DO NOT BOOK ANY CARGO WITH THEM AT ALL.”
