“Customer service was poor to say the least in the most polite way, lacking in attentiveness, response (ie. the timing it took or even just a struggle to even get a response), never available, always ‘away’ and when it stated they’d ‘be back in 1 hour’ for example, they never did or as previously mentioned didn’t bother to respond. Overall poor effort and lacking in a lot of ways in the customer service sector, needs immediate attention. Also within settings there is no option for support/help, FAQ’s, T&C’s, report a technical fault or issue, just to say a few. Overall vast improvements need to be made, great concept but currently the delivery of it to it politely, is inadequate. Please take this constructive criticism into account for further improvements, kind regards.”
“At first this service seemed like a fantastic idea, and a way to help myself manage my pay, but after the first couple of months using orka pay, iv had a terrible and stressful experience.
My wages have bot been available, despite having my hours signed off by management. When myself , and also HR have asked for assistance, responce has been slow and unengaged. I, and other colleagues have encountered this shoddy service. Not only is it expensive, but i am now even more behind with my monthly wage. I really wish i had never signed up in the first place.
