Customer service was poor to say the least in the most polite way, lacking in attentiveness, response (ie. the timing it took or even just a struggle to even get a response), never available, always ‘away’ and when it stated they’d ‘be back in 1 hour’ for example, they never did or as previously mentioned didn’t bother to respond. Overall poor effort and lacking in a lot of ways in the customer service sector, needs immediate attention. Also within settings there is no option for support/help, FAQ’s, T&C’s, report a technical fault or issue, just to say a few. Overall vast improvements need to be made, great concept but currently the delivery of it to it politely, is inadequate.
