The fellas who fitted the boiler were decent fellas. We were speaking about football etc. They did a good job. A radiator leaked dirty water on the floor but I just grabbed a bucket and helped. The only downside is noticing a nob off the cooker was missing. They plugged their radio into the wall socket where the wall switch is for the cookerso they had defiantly been in the. I’m not having a go at the engineers as mistakes happen but I would like this item replaced.

Francis sales rep excellent! Sunita phone line helper extraordinare made the whole experience like a walk in the park, right down to the team that installed the boiler, chatty, professional and cleaned up thoroughly! Make that boiler choice easy...... northern gas

The installation was for my 94 year old Father, I was impressed with the communication before the installation as I mainly conversed with Steve who was excellent, keeping me informed of developments. The installers were friendly and professional and worked very hard.

The surveyor made mistakes and when the fitter came he could nt do the job. We were lucky to have a good fitter. He then had to come back the next day with extra pipes to make sure the pressures were all correct. So my 5 stars are for the fitter he was fantastic. A VERY good job by him.

New system installed and old system removed only issue took 3 days not max 1.5 days to complete and had to clean up brick dust debris outside the house - Currently waiting for post-installation inspection - was supposed to be Friday afternoon waiting update? Also concern around agreed system service schedule as confirmed in contract doc signed pre-installation - wait review of doc and confirmation?

The initial process was not great at all. I was told I qualify. To then be told, there is no funding. The time scale took much longer than what I was told. For weeks I heard nothing from the team as to when it will be booked in with an engineer. I was told it was booked for a day. Only to be told on the end of the first day, that this will take two days. I wasn’t able to get cover at work so had to still go to work with the property unattended by me or my family. If I knew this before, I could have booked the day off. Anyway, the work done by the engineers was fantastic. Their customer service was brilliant. They completed the job very professional and kept everything very clean. So when the job actually started. I am very happy with the work completed.

Absolute waste of time, appointments not kept to do survey, no contact from them and then lame excuses as to why they didn't show up. Do not use this company, I've no working boiler but that makes no difference to these cowboys. AVOID

I would rate Northangas 7/10. They failed to fit my boiler on the first date and second but managed to complete it on the third date arranged. The sales agent also didn’t arrange the finance agreement and the office wanted payment straight away which was confusing. The wireless thermostat which was sold was good but the engineer had never fitted one before so I did it myself.

The installation was okay, 2 men took one day. They did, however leave a lot of mess in the attic in the way of boxes. My main issue was the men had a long drive afterwards from Wiltshire to Wolverhampton and said they didn't have time to sign it off. We had no manual, and more importantly no warranty. After nearly 4 months of pestering them and being told each time that they would definitely send it, they finally managed to email a copy for us to print off. A gas boiler by law has to be signed off so would not recommend.
