“Searched online for a wedding ring with a difference and came across Newman bands. I chose the ring I wanted and ordered it on a Saturday. The ordering and payment process was really good and the ring arrived on the Tuesday. Packaging was great and the signed card was a lovely personalised touch.

“Wow! I am absolutely blown away by Newman bands I don't know where to begin. For starters their rings are not only stunning visually but very very well made, there's a lovely weight to them and they feel fantastic when you're wearing one. Then if that wasn't enough their customer service is exemplary. Like an idiot I ordered the wrong size (I did get it measured but the wrong hand!) I emailed them the situation and almost instantly I got an email back detailing what I needed to do and how they would rectify MY mistake. To make the situation more difficult I stupidly didn't put my information in the package yet they still emailed to check if it was my ring sent back. 5 stars does not do this company justice.
