From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely fabulous! We purchased the Fearless 6mm ring, and it is absolutely beautiful—perfect for our wedding! The initial delivery was fantastic, and when we needed to exchange it for a different size, the experience was just as seamless. We originally used the "Don't Know My Size" option, and everything went through perfectly. Alan & Clare were outstanding in their communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. “I'm 64, and I've never written a review in my life. This one time, I will make an exception. Not because of the rings, although the rings are great, I've no complaints. But it's the people I wish to comment on... Alan and Clare.
Good customer service should be automatic, but in todays shopping experience, that's not always the case. But I have never come across such outstanding customer engagement, as I did with Alan and Clare. I don't consider myself a difficult customer, but through no fault of this company, I did have a difficult time getting my order just right. I honestly believe that under similar circumstances other companies may have lost patience with me. Not Alan and Clare. Simply outstanding.

“Always excellent service from this company, ordered my wedding band from here and still love it, however wanted a silicone band for gym/sports etc.. ordered one that looked similar to my original tungsten band but when I opened the package I found a selection of 3 bands instead of just the one I ordered. Can’t recommend this place enough, thanks!”
