“Sent wrong items and some items missing. Requested refund. Do not return emails. Avoid. Hope you can get your money back. Try S75 claim if on credit card or Charge Back if debit card. Else small claims court.”

“Could not deliver the goods on the expected date, then when I asked when they were going to be restocked, I was informed up to seven weeks. I cancelled my order, told upto 14 days for a refund which has now passed. Now told upto 14 business days for a refund. Not happy.”

“Would put 0 stars if I could! Order items for our plumbing & heating business, they didn't turn up, after numerous unanswered emails, called up to be advised the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund as they couldn't tell me when they would be in stock. Well still haven't received the refund from September!!!! I have sent emails, called them, even spoke to their chat, each time I am told, we will get this sorted & nothing. Still waiting for my money???? Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman, as this is beyond ridiculous.”

“Service is shocking. Had to chase order to be told it was no longer in production . Ordered an alternative. Had to chase multiple times and despite an eventual assurance goods would be despatched within days nothing happened. After 8 weeks cancelled order and now trying to get a refund but they are not responding to my emails. Having looked at the reviews I appear not to be alone with others having the same issues.”

“Do not order from this company. Took 5 deliveries for my order to be completed and a total of nine weeks. This company never answer the phone, the recorded message says that you are 2nd maybe 3rd in the queue, when in fact 30 mins later you are still left holding on the phone. Please do not fall for this scam like I have, whilst the telephone number starts with 08 numbers it is not a free call. I have just realised that I have run up a phone bill charge of £55.65 having phoned them on numerous occasions and nobody answers. This company is a complete shambles and they need to be taken to task by trading standards. Disgusting, do not buy from them, you will be sorry if you do.”

“Excellent customer service. Really happy and would recommend it. I had a part missing they were so helpful and spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and it turned up two days later. They kept in contact so I knew what was happening. Really happy and great to see such helpful staff. The product is great and turned up when expected. Highly recommend”

“Claim to have stock, take payment. Then you wait, emails ignored... Call them and they sound surprised you haven't been contacted. They claim they will refund you as unable to supply. Refund? Like hell ... I got my money back through credit card. So many reviews like mine. Why the hell aren't Trading Standards on their case? Downright dishonest”

“If you are reading this then it is probably already too late. Pre-sales responses are great. Once they have your money it is like pulling teeth. None of these email addresses will respond to you: customerservices@nationwidebathrooms.com - automated only sales@nationwidebathrooms.com warehouse@nationwidebathrooms.com support@nationwidebathrooms.com As soon as the first delivery time was breached edward@nationwidebathrooms.com also stopped responding. Multiple promises about delivery from selectbathroomsbarnsley@googlemail.com which never happens. They will not refund you, claiming the item is out for delivery but the delivery never arrives. Contact numbers for this company like 01226 779955 / 01226 779912 have automated responses that your call is out of hours, regardless of the time you phone them. I could not confirm that the company belongs to a trade association or the (ADR) alternative dispute resolution. It makes dealing with them very difficult. If you have not yet been caught then just walk away.”

“The quality of the product was worth the wait. We asked for a little used item, a Victorian-style hexagonal toilet seat. When it came the finish was excellent and it had all the right fittings. It took some 6 weeks to come but it was worth the wait.”

“Why does this company NEVER EVER answer their phones, waited 6 weeks for an order, then it was sent incorrectly and now I have been trying to phone them for 3 WEEKS spent hours and hours just holding on the phone. They don’t answer emails or phone calls, so frustrating 😡😡😡😡😡and seer the phones and reply to your emails please, I am stuck with the wrong item.”

“I bought a designer radiator online and opted for standard delivery. It came the next day and the courier had left around back at my instructions. The radiator was well-packaged and of excellent quality. I'm a plumber and I'll be using this company again in the future. Product and service 100%”

“Absolutely perfect so far. Helped us get the right products over the phone. The prices are good and the delivery was on time. All the boxes are in good condition so hopefully, nothing is damaged. We are storing them until the extension is complete so will update this review if anything is wrong, but I do not expect any problems.”
