Where's my refund
Would put 0 stars if I could! Order items for our plumbing & heating business, they didn't turn up, after numerous unanswered emails, called up to be advised the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund as they couldn't tell me when they would be in stock. Well still haven't received the refund from September!!!! I have sent emails, called them, even spoke to their chat, each time I am told, we will get this sorted & nothing. Still waiting for my money???? Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman, as this is beyond ridiculous.
