“I HAVE BEEN USING MYOBAND FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND THEIR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP CLASS. ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD AND TASTE AMAZING. ANY ISSUES THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND TO AND RESOLVE. JUST RECENTLY ON MONDAY 10TH JAN 2022 I ORDERED MY WHEY PROTEIN TUB, BUT ROYAL MAIL DIDN'T DELIVER MY ITEM ON 2 OCCASIONS WHEN THEY SAID EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED, BUT ON THE TRACKING IT SHOWED AS DELIVERED AND DIDN'T LEAVE A CARD TO SAY OTHERWISE. I CONTACTED MYOBAND VIA EMAIL TO REPORT THE MISSING PARCEL AND I GOT A CALL FROM ONE OF THEIR AGENT TO ENQUIRE, BUT BY THEN I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED MY ITEM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE.”

“At first my order came and it was the wrong product, I contacted myoband and their response was first class. They apologised, sent me the product I had originally ordered, told me to keep the mistaken product free of charge and even sent a free protein bar with a hand written note apologising for the mix up. Cannot fault these guys for their customer service at all! Protein bar was tasty too! First class.”
