Hi Caitlyn, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As we have discussed via email, the super small hole at the bottom of the zip is a normal part of the design of this style, as confirmed by Pikeur who manufactured it. Of course if this has not been worn then are welcome to return it but to date we have not received a return.
