“On arrival to the clinic there is no visible sign post. You then have to wait in a lobby while you wait for the doctor to get you. There is no one at reception to let them you you have arrived. Also was behind but not courtesy call to advise of this. I had to phone and find out what was going on.”

“I suppose you get what you pay for..the medical is the cheapest thats no doubt at all , but the place is dark and cold no with no immediate parking ..the medical was rushed the eye test was done in a dinghy room with a phone torch pointed towards the chart .. and I felt rushed and not listened to as after getting home I noticed my medical form was filled in wrong with a treatment I do not receive.... and also not listened to as another part had wrong dates !!!!!????”
