“Marshall's were really helpful when ordering allowing me to check overnight before completing the order. They also delivered exactly when they said they would and placed them where I wanted (not always the case). Cannot fault them I wish other supplier had been this good.”

“Really pleased with my new front driveway and garden thanks to Marshalls products and a great design. There was a fantastic range to choose from and I was able to choose colours that compliment the colour of the house. It's great to know it is environmentally sound too, the bricks being porous. I have received so many comments from all sorts of neighbours, including people who have never spoken to me before, all of them incredibly positive. It's great when work surpasses your original hopes and expectations, and this does - high quality products and customer service at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend Marshalls highly enough.”

“I used Marshalls on-line enquiry system to request some information and advice on some of their products before deciding how to proceed with a new patio we are planning. I received a very quick and helpful response from Callum and a further detailed and helpful reply from him within a few minutes when I asked some follow up questions. First impressions always count and this was a very good one.”

“The cladding was due yesterday - didnt turn up, no phone call, email or text to say it would be delayed or to give an idea when it will arrive now. Pretty appalling so far.”

“Like everyone I found local DIY stores short on stock with no idea about replenishment, so I once again went direct to Marshalls. In stock , on time, delivered in window quoted. Just waiting for a couple of much younger men to lay them this weekend, weather permitting. Thought your driver did a fantastic job with his trailer and draw round our local streets.”

“Second order from Marshalls, second time the delivery didn’t arrive in the stated timeframe. This despite charging £10 to deliver one tub of jointing compound. Hopefully the last time I’ll need to use them”

“Very disappointed with Marshalls Customer Service. My husband and I wanted to place an initial order for 9 tubs of WeatherPoint 365. In my view the cost of delivery is all over the place. If one buys 6 tubs the delivery charge is £27.90. If one buys 9/10 tubs the delivery charge is £95. Consequently, I phoned up Marshalls directly to discuss. After waiting what seemed like a considerable length of time, I was put through to the Sales Office. The gentleman to whom I spoke - a sales negotiator - was not in the least bit helpful, nor friendly. I asked if there could be an improvement on the delivery charges. He said certainly not and according to him all prices were fixed by the structure/s in place. He was curt. In response, I asked him in a polite tone what the point of his role was? My husband and I ordered 6 tubs to begin with. We have ordered a subsequent 4 tubs, which are still to arrive and their delay has inconvenienced the re-pointing of our drive and pathways. However, it has worked out cheaper by splitting the delivery charges over 2 lots. The product - too soon to day. However, from our experience we suggest that the support videos make the task a bit easier than it is. Our overall orders have cost: £361.30.”

When delivering this product, we have to use a slightly different method when a larger number of tubs are ordered - this is to ensure it arrives safely and securely to you but it is a slightly higher cost as you have seen.
