“I gave this product 3 stars because for the curling portion of the tool it works brilliantly. But for straightening I have to use my old straightener instead. It manages to straighten my hair if I'm going for the 'woken up after 2 days of straightened hair and the air is humid today' look.”
“"I places an order with yourslef online 3 weeks ago today and iam still yet to recive this. As 2 days asfer i placed my order i recived an email to say thay my deliver was in it way? But srill to this day iam awaiting my order. I did contact an email address to quiry to where my order is. To which i was told they were unable to track?and for me to check my local depot or post office to which iam unable to do as i have no tracking number? Only number i have is an order number to which i tried on the royal mail site and parcel force to which i was told by both it was unvalid. I still have not been told as to where my order is? I have been offerd a full refund to wich iam yet to recive. \nIam very dissapointed as i have many of your styling tools\/kits & products already. To which i have beeb using for many years. I will not be recomending this site as i feel like my orde and questions were not delt with correctly. If i could get a resnable answer to where my order is i would be very greatfull of this but the person i delt with did not have very good customer service skill and was unable to give me an answer as to where my order is."”
“"I attempted to purchase this as a gift before Christmas. I received an email telling me the order was received and would be sent to my address. When it didn't arrive I contacted the company and was told the order hadn't been processed. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me that there had been a problem with the order. I still don't know what the problem with the order was (despite asking for clarification). I have since tried to raise this as a complaint with the company but they are no longer responding to me. TERRIBLE customer service, which is a shame as apparently the product is good."”

I ended up buying the product I wanted from Boots (a real company!!)\nAbsolutely awful. I would never us Mark Hill again and I'd never recommend them to anyone."”
