“I bought 2 beautiful bunches of flowers cards. One is on my mantelpiece. It is so pretty I can't stop looking at it! The other I am giving to my Auntie ( who is going to be 94!) “I was going to write a shirty review as our Fathers Day card didn't turn up on time however after chasing I received a very apologetic email, along with assurances it was sent out in good time along with a refund. I am inclined to believe that this was down to Royal Mail. Eventually the Robot arrived nearly a week later, husband was overjoyed with it.”

“Really cute card and the video of it was very cool however our fathers day morning was quite disappointing as ours didn't work. Shame as the video looked so cool and the children were excited for daddy to see it. *Updating to say the customer service has been excellent, replied on a Sunday and went out of their way to resolve for me. Mistakes and faults happen it's nobodies fault but the customer service makes this company fantastic.”
