“I bought 2 cards, (one which was on back order) on the 7th October and received the first one on 24th October which was too late for my wife’s birthday and only after emailing to find out where the other card was did I get the other on the 19th November! I don’t understand why there wasn’t any communication to give a timescale on delivery times. Not sure I could trust them again as I would wonder if I was actually going to receive them on time.”
