Was a really quick timescale from when I first called and him turning up, he arrived dead on time with a courtesy text 10 mins before he arrived to say he was on his way. He checked all the guttering on the house and showed me the camera images so I knew that they were all clear. He said he wouldn't suggest I have them cleaned because it was completely unnecessary and would not be fair of him to clean them and charge me when they didn't need cleaning. He was a really friendly decent guy who I would definitely recommend or call again if I needed to.”
