“Easy to find, good access directly to the airport, however we were staying at the hotel before our early fight, I guess a path to this side of the road would be helpful, but I can understand why there isn't one fyi the what three words directions were perfect”
“EASY BOOKING AND PARKING AND EXITING. Just one point we have a large mercedes sprinter van and use it to park at airports when our band travels to work abroad. sometimes using drop off But the recnet changes to car park height now mean we cannot use that to dropoff or pick up or even park. MANCHESTER has this same problem so have to use 2 vianos instead but its a shame as Liverpool used to be able to get bigger vehicles in close to drop off or long stay outdoor parking close to drop off but now we cannot.”

“Been parking in the Long stay in Liverpool airport for years and you couldn't get it more straight forward easy peasy to book on line, arrived with barriers up on recognision of number plate parked the car and a 2 mins walk to the airport what else could you ask for happy holidays
On return the car was still there as I left it with no damage done

“I am a disabled traveller & have chosen to use Liverpool airport due to its disabled-friendly facilities and friendly staff. This time however, I was disappointed to note that around 40 disabled bays were unavailable - with no other provision made. Hence there was a severe shortage of suitable places to park and indeed, the carpark was extremely busy with no apparent parking in other areas. As I have seriously impaired mobility this caused major stress for me and my companion. Very fortunately, having driven round and round the carpark for over 20 minutes a traveller was exiting his disabled space; so I was able to park. However - he commented that this was the only available disabled space when he arrived and indeed, it was again the only available space at the time of my travel.
There was no warning given on booking the carpark and no alternative disabled parking indicated on arrival. This is a very poor standard of service.”
“This is the first time we have used the airport to travel on our holiday. My wife has a disabled badge and it would have been beneficial if I could have dropped her off outside the departure lounge as the disabled car park area was having ground work carried out. Walking with cases and a walking stick made moving from the car to the airport difficult. This was the same on our return although I was able to let my wife look after the cases in a small lay-by outside the exit of the car park.”
“Used meet and greet for the second time - a really good no fuss service and very convenient . My only criticism in the sign posting of the route to the car park from the main road - it’s very easy to miss.”
