“Ordered 3 tubs at once and a mistake had happened where only 2 got sent out my way. Contacted the guys via email and after a quick reply i had another one on the way which arrived a couple of days later. Mess ups happen but other than that the pricing is very fair and my items got delivered 1 day after ordering.”

“I like the products Lime Pro Gaming have to offer but their delivery service is appalling. Constantly late and sometimes disappears completely and the customer service doesn't help too much. Shame as I would buy a lot from LPG but after one late/missing delivery, complaint and a discount compensation - use the discount only for the second delivery to also be late/missing... lost customer.”

“Ordered 2 of the same flavour GFuel hydration tubs from Lime Pro. First one came without issue, very fast. Second one which was ordered the same day didn’t arrive, a few weeks later I emailed and they said they would send it over as there was a mistake. When it arrived it was the complete wrong flavour. Wasn’t massively impressed with the communication or anything. Very disappointed with the service.”
