“I bought my pair of Pike boots in the Black Friday sale - from start to finish a great experience. I contacted customer service to ask about sizing, and got a prompt and helpful response. There was a free pair of socks deal on at the time, which I also forgot to activate with the code - told customer service this and they sorted me out with socks in my shoebox.
As for the actual boots - they're probably the best pair I've ever owned. So well crafted and comfortable. Exceptional.”
“After buying a pair that were too big (I thought I’d need a half size up to accommodate wool socks, absolutely didn’t!) the return process was super simple and the new pair came really quickly.
They are stiff to start, as all leather products are, but they softened up within a week of wearing them around the house and on short walks and now I cannot stop wearing them! Absolutely beautiful and as someone with skinny ankles, they still look amazing and not too ‘clompy’.

Ordered a pair of Garstang Chelsea boots in black, and have to say how impressed I was with everything from the speed of despatch and delivery and certainly the quality and comfort! Superb boots!
Due to my own fault for not reading their size guide (yes, it does say to order half a size down on this model!) I had to reorder a half size smaller as they did come up a touch larger than average, but the replacements came the next day, and the return process is very straightforward!

“Lanx Dinckley Tan are just fabulous! I must have tried 20-30 pairs of lace up boots before happening across Lanx. To find my size with a substantial reduction was a treat and I awaited their arrival quite impatiently ( held up by various Royal Mail strikes). I was delighted, the colour, the style, the fit, the quality, exactly what I’d been looking for. My feet are not on the small side and these are so flattering. I have given 4 and not 5 stars as I do think the tops of the boots will take some wearing in, though the main part seems ultra comfortable. Now I want the black patent too…… What a fabulous shoe find.”

Our footwear is leather lined, which will take a bit of breaking in, however once broken in they will mould to your foot shape and allow for a very comfortable fit. This usually takes around 1-2 weeks.
