“The men's trainer socks running drx of which I bought 2 packs were labelled 50% off only£6.49 or 2 for £10. Since I paid £12.99 per pack making £25.98 plus postage I think it's safe to say I was ripped off. Buyer beware.”

“Exactly what I was looking for. I was having trouble finding the exact laces that came with my karrimor shoes. Found them on the site with little effort (Black/Char 120CM). The prices were great and I received them in under a week. Would definitely use again.”

“I have just this minute sent an email to your complaints department regarding my purchase of new laces for my Mendip 3 walking boots. I have purchased other items from your company in the past and the service and quality of goods have been excellent, however having paid £3.99 +£4.99ppm in open the parcel to find the laces with a 70% sale label selling at £1.29, this is just unacceptable, can you explain the discrepancy in price. Thank you.”

“I love the karrimor product. However on this occasion I had been charged full price for two garments and when the garments arrived they were marked at half price. obviously very disappointed. I have written to customer services but no response t my email. Hopefully this will get to someone who can help me with my request.”

“Great shape, quality materials, good price for what you get. My favorite everyday clothes. The only problem I had with them was a replacement where I've got only part of the items. My only wish for them is to offer more pants with two side pockets. On the other side my girlfriend's pants got an incomplete stitch which ripped wider with the time.”

“Was extremely disappointed to find I have paid £59.99 for a fleece jacket And when it arrived it had a 50% price tag which was £29.99 and I cannot find a contact telephone number to find out why I paid £30 more.”

“Walking boots arrived quickly but were too small, so recommend buying a size larger if in any doubt. It's a shame as boots were really comfy and light but sadly they were also faulty - one of fasteners came away without any force. Have returned and requested a larger size - let's hope the exchange goes smoothly and it was a one off fault.”

“After seven days no reply from customer service. The only indormation was from local post service indicating that the ahipment was dispatched and with no indication when will it be delivered. A bit underwhelming experience.”

“You may have the only gaiters that have a Velcro front closing only. In tough conditions, this is to be preferred over a zip, which will always go wrong when most needed, and can be very difficult to do up in cold/mud etc. However, it is not very clever to sell them for 23.99 on your website, and then send me a pair with "50%"" off and a new price of only 11.99, when you charged me the full price. Do I qualify for a refund for letting you know about such incompetence in your organisation??”

“I actually was very disappointed.I especially ordered directly with Karrimor ,taking in consideration to pay double the price than I would have paid, if I would have ordered with Sports Direct. After extreme exploitation ,paying below minimum wage,zero hour contracts during lock down I didn t wish to support this chain,To my disappointment and frustration to receive a shoe box from Sports Direct marked with the lower price.Not happy,not impressed.”

“My walking sandals arrived within three days of ordering, which was amazing. The sandals are very comfortable, sturdy and ideal for walking and trekking in a warm climate, as well as here in the UK. I am very pleased with my purchase”
