I have just this minute sent an email to your complaints department regarding my purchase of new laces for my Mendip 3 walking boots. I have purchased other items from your company in the past and the service and quality of goods have been excellent, however having paid £3.99 +£4.99ppm in open the parcel to find the laces with a 70% sale label selling at £1.29, this is just unacceptable, can you explain the discrepancy in price. Thank you.
