“ordered two things from them in a first order,forgot to use my 10% off as well,only recieved 1 item,took me three messages and an email to get a response which just said i should have recieved it by now so we will send a refund.sloppy customer service im sorry to say.”

“I ordered a pokeman lunch bag for my granddaughter didn't realise that I'd ordered two, never used online shopping before. The two items came I sent the other item back on the 15th of September. Asking for a refund. I've sent three emails and no one has got back to me. I think it's Unfair that I sent the item back and no one has been in touch. I've tried phoning no one ever answers the phone. I won't be using them again service for delivery was quick but they owe me £8,99 to be refunded back into my account”

“i order(18.08.18) kids spiderman light. this take 3working days deliverey, but i not recevie until 25.08.18. i send the email i,m not recevie item. they send it back email (29.08.18) check the correct address, my same address i send it back that is right, (still not recevie) they send me email we,re going to send you out anther, should be with you in the next few days. (30.08.18) they not sent item. send the refund. I ORDER, I NEED THE ITEM.NOT 10DAYS BACK REFUND, IF YOU CON,T SEND. WHY TAKE THE ORDER. I NOT GOING TO ORDER ANY MORE,”
