I ordered a pokeman lunch bag for my granddaughter didn't realise that I'd ordered two, never used online shopping before. The two items came I sent the other item back on the 15th of September. Asking for a refund. I've sent three emails and no one has got back to me. I think it's Unfair that I sent the item back and no one has been in touch. I've tried phoning no one ever answers the phone. I won't be using them again service for delivery was quick but they owe me £8,99 to be refunded back into my account
