I had a boiler installed with a 10yr service and Landlord Gas Safe Plan but I have had no after sale service nor explanations since the install was done. Now it appears they have changed their name and filed for liquidation. Impra-Gas Ltd” should have informed its customers. If you look at the Gazette Official Public record it appears that Impra-Gas Ltd G had already started the process of winding up its company (Liquidation) • 29th January 2020- (Impra-Gas Ltd ) renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) on 10th January 2020. Nature of Business: Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation. Started the process of winding up the company. Impra-Gas Ltd The Petitioner can be contacted at The Wolseley Center, PO Box 32 Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1UY telephone no: 01765 694648 quoting reference: AGF/205063/. • Impra-Gas Ltd (renamed to VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number: 07950661) had its registered office at: Unit 8 Falcon Way, Eagle Business Park, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3GR. • 16 Mar 2020- Their Registered office address was changed from “Unit 8 Falcon Way Eagle Business Park, Yaxley Peterborough PE7 3GR England” to “Suite 42 Dunston House Dunston Road Chesterfield S41 9QD” • 11 Mar 2020- Appointment of a voluntary liquidator. Liquidator's name and address: Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD. • 11 March 2020- VBH ASSETS LIMITED (Company Number 07950661), previous company name Impra-Gas Ltd gave notice to Creditors. I appears that Impra-Gas Ltd/ (VBH ASSETS Ltd) is in the process of liquidation. What is disturbing, is the secretive many in which it was done. They changed the name from “Impra-Gas Ltd” to “VBH ASSETS LIMITED” without informing paid up customers. They then preceded to start the Liquidation process before the impact of Covid-19 lock down had begun. So this would suggest it was planned back in 2019. Thus 10 year service plans sold in 2019 were done so without any intention of honouring their contractual obligations. This shows a lack of integrity.

Liquidation!! Impra-Gas Ltd is the previous name for VBH ASSETS Limited (07950661). Thus it looks like they did a name change with companies house then started to wind up the company. Thus if you check the uk Gazzette. It appears they filed a petition to wind up on the 3/2/2020. Appointed the Liquidators on 11/3/2020 Be very careful !!!

Had our first boiler service on Monday. He turned up on time, was efficient friendly and polite. We did have a bit of a problem booking his visit though.

I recently had my boiler installed by Impra Gas . Engineer arrived on time and completed installation in the same day leaving my house nice warm and tidy! Thank you impra gas . Highly recommended

Impragas has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my 67 years. My boiler was fitted on 31.10.19 and was not working properly from the start. Numerous complaints by phone and email over a two month period obtained no result. They either ignored my communications or fobbed me off with promises that an engineer would get back to me and make arrangements to come to the house. No call or visit ever followed. I endured 3 months of a very cold Scottish winter with a sub standard system. Eventually on 4 February a Bosch (not Impragas) engineer attended and immediately found the problem. THE BOILER HAD BEEN WIRED INCORRECTLY! It was never going to work properly! The Bosch engineer was fantastic and fixed the problems in under 30 minutes. I have since requested compensation from Impragas, a request which they have conveniently ignored for the past 13 days. A registered letter sent to their Petersborough address on 31 Jan has been returned to me today 26 Feb as they failed to collect it from the Post Office. The customer service manager a Mr TS is useless and I have been unable to speak to anyone higher. What sort of a business are they running? Lesley, Glasgow

I have just had my new boiler installed by this company. The engineer was brilliant. I rang ImprasGas to take out the 10 year Boiler service. I didnt realise that the number you call 03330090090 is not a free phone number I was charged £7.99 for making this call on my landline. Any one else had this problem and do you have an alternative number that wont charge you for calling.? I messaged the Rep and also sent them an email.

Had a boiler installation in 2018 completed by Ruben, did a great job. Has recently serviced the boiler too. Very happy with the service as a whole

Up to now have had nothing but good service. Yesterday we had our annual scheduled service. Nothing was wrong with the boiler before the service. Now the boiler isn't working and the magnetic debris collector device is leaking. ImpraGas customer services basically said it was a manufacturer fault, nothing to do with us, they will call you but won't be out today; despite me having explained that there are young children and vulnerable and disabled adults staying with us currently. After being Mr Angry for a few moments, was promised they would escalate with Vaillant, who rang in 5 minutes explaining that an engineer would be attending the premises within 6 hours.

Impra gas was so professional right from the start with all the help from the booking team all the way to The help we needed with the aftercare team. Definitely will be recommending these to everyone that needs a new boiler. Thank you.

I had ImpraGas install a complete system and now realize that this was a really bad decision. After carrying out a rubbish job they then flooded the ground floor of the house. I have since been chasing them for compensation for damage to my property but anyone with authority is too much of a coward to talk on the phone?

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have experienced a number of issues culminating in a leak which cause £3000.00 worth of damage. The customer service manager is a joke he told me to claim of the installers insurance sorry but he was employed by Impragas.

I had a consultation with the chap from Impragas never having read the reviews. That was Wednesday and come Monday, Barry arrived with his apprentice and got to work with installing the Worcester Bosch combi boiler. He was efficient, cleaned up after a small dusty mess and was proper professional On Tuesday my portable thermostat wasn't working and the booklet instructions were far too over complicated in understanding programming. I rang up the head office and they got Barry to contact me which he did immediately. We arranged for him to visit and sort out the problem. He hax given the issue some thought according to my shift pattern at work. He's now fitted a different mechanism to the boiler and fitted a wall mounted thermostat. Not only was all the extra work organised efficiently but Barry was a star. So 10 out of 10 on my new boiler which has 10 year warranty. I'm very pleased.

Had a quotation from Impragas, the rep was polite and didn't make me feel forced into anything, informative and pleasant. I have a few more quotes from other companies but i have a feeling ill be calling back on Monday...
