Up to now have had nothing but good service. Yesterday we had our annual scheduled service. Nothing was wrong with the boiler before the service. Now the boiler isn't working and the magnetic debris collector device is leaking. ImpraGas customer services basically said it was a manufacturer fault, nothing to do with us, they will call you but won't be out today; despite me having explained that there are young children and vulnerable and disabled adults staying with us currently. After being Mr Angry for a few moments, was promised they would escalate with Vaillant, who rang in 5 minutes explaining that an engineer would be attending the premises within 6 hours.
