Received letter today stating my monthly payments were £87.44 not the agreed £65 I've called them to ask why. They told me I'd been driving for 3 years not 4. They have entered a mythical date that I passed my driving test. 15/6/13 never ever had I told them this date. They had my driving license record also to show when I passed. I'm thinking whoever at the insurance company entered my details made a mistake. Anyway long story short now that my policy is wrong. I have a black mark against my name and no other insurer will touch me for a reasonable policy price. This company is beyond shocking. I'm so cross at the moment . This is still an ongoing situation there call centre closes at 18:30 so need to call back tomorrow and then escalate this further. DO NOT BUY INSURENCE FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Hands down the worst decision I have ever made. They are a virtual company - their customer service stops at the point they extract your money. In the event of a claim, expect to be passed to a series of independent companies responsible for fragmenting your claim and over-complicating the issue. The only thing the above companies have in common is incompetence. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

This company is the worst I've EVER been with for car insurance !! Their staff are rude and very unhelpful. They wanted that much information from me by post it was believable. Then when I had managed to jump through all the hoops they wanted I was then told they wanted £145 more as I hadn't told them about points on my license!!! I did it on a comparison site and know that the information was on there. Then I said I'd cancel they wanted £145 for that as well !!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMER COMPANY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!

They automatically renewed my policy (I had already taken out insurance with another company as I didn't realise that they were going to renew it automatically) When I tried to cancel on the day, I gave up as I was "16TH IN THE QUEUE". I managed to get through first thing the next day and I cancelled the policy - 6 hours later, I received a "thank you for renewing" and then a further email demanding £50 "adminstration fee" for cancelling the documents they hadn't produced when I called to cancel!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - PAY AN EXTRA FEW QUID AND GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! A complete scam, nor their sister company A choice insurance. I recently took out an insurance policy with A choice, they had cancelled my insurance policy because they claim that we hadn't verified a claim. The claim they refer to, did not exist but unknowingly we believed what we had been told at the time. An advisor then put us in contact with their sister company premium choice and we later took out and insurance policy with them instead. This company tried every trick in the book not provide us with comprehensive insurance company, claiming that we had not sent documentation in time when we had, claiming that we'd taken two policies out on-line at the same time, we had not, even lying and telling me they couldn't insure me because I had had an insurance policy cancelled in 2013! I have since sent emails asking for details for the ombudsman to complain through appropriate channels and have been ignored. I will be going to trading standards as they have taken two deposits, have not provided insurance and have now tarnished my good insurance history due to cancelling two policies. This now means my premium has increased as I have to now declare I have had insurance cancelled. Steer well clear, unless you'd be wanting high premiums in future.

Poor customer service. Took 4 working days for them to tell me I won't be able to get insured. Kept telling me they will let me know by the next day, just told consistent lies. Stay away !

awful service, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! they conned me out of the 1st payment, took over an hour to speak on the phone and then charged me extra for a cover that was not even started yet to cancel it, i would never ever recommend this company, the lady was also rude on the phone and was no help at all. DONT USE!!!!!

My car got written off through no fault of my own, when it came to settling the balance, i was told i owed £80, although i could pay £40 to settle immediatly, which i did.. months later debt collectors are ringing asking for £120, no warning, no letters, nothing from Premium Choice. Thanks for that you arseholes! Give Prem choice a wide birth. Go with a proper company.

Worst company ever can't wait till my year is up never again they deliberately cancel the dd every month and make you pay £34 on top of your bill not happening this month they will be told fuck off

Worst insurance company I used. On comparison sites, it seemed they were one of the cheapest. After you purchased your insurance from them, they will then start to find little mistakes to charge you higher premium plus additional £50 adminstration charge. They made tonnes of mistakes on my policy and then made me pay for their mistakes. They even sent other customer's policy to me which is a serious data and privary breach. I will not want to insure with this kind of cowboy company. I am bringing the matter to Ombudsman. Stay clear of this company!

Awful awful company! Bunch of cowboys! Customer service department is a joke I had to take things further and go to the financial ombudsman, who read through all my issues and upheld my complaint!! It took me over 12 months to finally get a refund. Steer clear!

AVOID at all cost, the worst company in the world, if you could give a minus score I would. All I did was move house, I phoned to change my details to be told my new address is too risky and they're cancelling my policy, charged me £125.55 for that and they wouldn't release my no claims discount until I paid, both of which are illegal, but as my new policy went up by more, I ended up paying to save more money in the long run, I will be chasing it up to get it back. The customer service is the worst, I'm now with The Coop and they phoned to try to resolve the situation, even he came back to me saying they are very unhelpful and to avoid them in the future

Absolutely shocking company. Premium choice and a-choice are by far the worst customer service i have ever received! They tell you that your poilicy is one amount and then every month they find a reason to increase the policy. My policy started at £83 a month and they are now trying to tell me its £112. I cant belive this. I feel completely scammed!
