“Great until I sold my bike and called to cancel the policy. I was told that they were going to charge me £39.62 to cancel the FULL PAID UP POLICY. I wish I'd not rang and told them the bike was sold and let the policy runout. How can they be legally allowed to do this?
This was a fully paid up. Nothing outstanding and no claims against it.
£40 to cancel a policy which still had 6 months left on it. I was prepared to have absolutly no refund on the remaining time on the policy but to be told I owed them money is just crazy. Even sent a threatening letter after paying it to say they were going to pass my details onto a debt collection agency and add an extra £10 on too!
Will not be using Carol Nash in the future.”

“The question s above make them sound good when infact they were very poor.Firstly the woman on the phone was quite rude and nearly hung up .then policy came through the door and the info on there was wrong ie scooter model year , so i sent it back ,then it was wrong again, and there was a problem were they wanted extra money for a no claim accident in my van were some one drove into the back of me .i ended up cancelling the policy .a week or two later they sent me another letter saying i owed them money ,when i rang up it turned out they had started 2 policy on the first day when i rang them originally and took 2 lots of money from my account. They said it was my fault as i had started to do a form online (which i was unable to complete due to website unable to take the payment for some reason) so they did not give me a refund .so as i said at the top VERY POOR!!!!!!!”

“when i received my insurance documents from CAROLE NASH i had made a simple mistake because when i read my policy it stated no pillion passenger. this was probs my fault in not clicking a certain box. but when i rang them they said it was no more money for a pillion passenger but because i did, they had to charge me £25. £25 FOR WHAT????? A CLICK OF A MOUSE i never even got an update of my policy by post, which i did ask for !! never never again will i use carole nash total rip off company stay well clear....”
