Great until I sold my bike and called to cancel the policy. I was told that they were going to charge me £39.62 to cancel the FULL PAID UP POLICY. I wish I'd not rang and told them the bike was sold and let the policy runout. How can they be legally allowed to do this? This was a fully paid up. Nothing outstanding and no claims against it. £40 to cancel a policy which still had 6 months left on it. I was prepared to have absolutly no refund on the remaining time on the policy but to be told I owed them money is just crazy. Even sent a threatening letter after paying it to say they were going to pass my details onto a debt collection agency and add an extra £10 on too! Will not be using Carol Nash in the future.
