“We received the wall panel and really pleased with them. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but they have since changed courier. A couple of panels were damaged but were quickly replaced by the company. Really pleased with the results and quality really good”

“I wish I could give a better review. Website is easy to navigate and use, delivery of samples was quick and painless. However after placing a order, I received a delivery confirmation and no delivery. Emailed company and couriers asking for someone to investigate for me, got an automated reply that someone would get back to me in 4 days as they were busy. No reply was ever received. Delivery turned up a week later with damaged pieces. Again emailed off with pictures. Still awaiting a reply for resolution to the issues! Very disappointed at level of after sales service.”
“Had a delivery, the delivery guy did not knock on the door, left all the wall panels and flooring in a fire escape downstairs. All three wall panels where damaged behond use, Ive been chasing them for a refund and cannot get a reply. No one calls you back when they say they will. I have used them on a couple of occassion now and both have had there woes. We will wait and see what happens with me getting my money back.
