“I have been following Evey’s Preloved for a while now, patiently waiting for a Louis Vuitton MM Neverfull monogram bag to pop up when finally it did! The bag was in excellent condition and a fair price. Evey was very quick to respond to my messages and deal with any questions. She sent a helpful video of the bag for me to view. This was my first purchase. The transaction process was smooth and easy and the bag was delivered to me by next day delivery. Exceptional service all round. I am a very happy lady! Thank you Evey :)”

“I first discovered Evey’s Preloved on Instagram, and after following her for a while I decided to consign one of my bags. Wow, she made it such an easy but professional process. My bag was presented in great detail on Instagram Live, and it sold the same day; I received payment the next day. What brilliant service from Evey.”

“My experience has shown me that Evey’s Preloved is the best place for buying your Preloved luxury bags etc because it’s like a personal shopper experience. Evey makes you feel very special. Always going the extra mile, spending a lot of time showing detailed videos of any item you’re interested in. She doesn’t pressure you into buying anything and finds the best items from her wide client base. I have several beautiful bags in pristine condition from her. It’s such a pleasure to deal with Evey, her knowledge is fantastic!”

“This is the first time I've purchased from Evey. It was a very large investment in a Chanel bag so i was a little nervous to say the least. I was engaged by Eveys live instagrams. Love how she goes above and beyond sending personalised videos when questions are asked and very prompt with replying. Felt very at ease with all the information I was provided with....... My Chanel bag arrived next day and it is truly great! I would definitely recommend and will most likely purchased again 🙂”

“I have purchased a few items from Evey for my mum, sister and myself. I have always found that the items arrive exactly as described and every one has been beautiful. Never before had I considered Preloved but it a great way of giving your bags a new lease of life……. I have now consigned some to sell as they were simply gathering dust.
