“Ordered my Motocaddy M7 GPS to be delivered on a specific date, not bad as received the day following, no problem. Good service. Then boxed up my old trolly for part x return. All good with email advising Parcel force arranged to collect on 28/5. 2 days later box still sat by front door - nothing from Parcelforce. Shame and disappointing. Not ElectricTrolleys fault but maybe use a better courier?”

“Hassle free experience! Got my new M1 within a couple of days everything was there. Packed the old S1 into the box and it was picked up the following day. Money for the S1 was taken off my invoice upfront. Even received help upfront with including a travel bag on the invoice and received 5% off as a new customer, wonderful experience, 10 out of 10”

“Hadn't heard of these people but needed to replace my 9 Yr old trolley and looked for someone doing part exchange. Straightaway they offered £130 for it which was very fair and brought the price of the M1DHC within my budget. The subsequent delivery of the new trolley and collection of the old one was extremely efficient. All completed within 4 days. There was a slight noise on the new trolley and I've logged it with them. Hopefully , as they suggest, it will just be "setling in"noise and will dissappear but based on everything so far, if it did become an issue, I'm confident they would sort it out for me. I highly recommend them.”
