I'm on the fourth day of waiting for my parcel. It's been all over the country with yesterday being the only attempt made so far apparently at 9:10am yet the driver wasn't in the street until 2 hours later at 11am. Today it's showing that the parcel is still at the depot. I've tried calling various lines and every single one of them has an automated message saying that the parcel is on the way without me having to put any input into the phone. We have rang from 3 different unconnected numbers with the same automated message every time.

Dreadful service. Two occasions recently. 1) Per their tracking they didn't even try to deliver to my address and dumped my order straight to a business address - not even neighbours - some distance away. 2) M+S use DPD for flower delivery. DPD say couldn't trace address yet address comes off Post Office database when ordering and is in an established residential area. Then DPD say goods are damaged. Previously I had arranged to collect a parcel from DPD depot Oldbury. When I got there parcel was actually in Stoke. I cringe now when I hear my goods are going to be delivered by DPD. There appears absolutely no commitment to the company or customers by DPD drivers/employees.

Horrendous service I only got one part of the item I ordered they said they couldn’t find my address but had already delivered to it Now they say they have returned package so I am left with an item that I cannot build or use

Please do not use. They dump all the parcels at the post office that we’re supposed to be delivered, take a picture then run out the door without taking parcels that need collecting for delivery. Very unfair on post office staff who have to then deal with hostile customers coming in for their parcels.

Dpd sent me a text just after 10am to inform me they had tried to deliver to me at 11.38am so over an hour ahead of time wow I didn’t know they could time travel . I was at home waiting no one from dpd had attempted to deliver at all .. instead they dumped my parcel at the local store the man in store asks him to scan the item he did not do when I went to collect it the store couldn’t hand it to me because of dpds Incompetent behaviour !! I had important cream in that package for my pet dog and I lithium had an entire morning wasted becoming dpd could not be bothered to deliver and just dumped It at the high street store to save himself the bother !!! When I complained online to dpd I was told to contact the seller and the local shop and simply told me there was nothing they could do . I suggest they liquidate they are good for nothing useless company!!!

What went wrong? errm.... your drivers! We have tried to get a parcel picked up from our drive way from the safe space we uploaded to the app on 9th April + 11th April, the drivers look at then leave. saying there is not parcel to collect 00417404747, 9th April, we had uploaded using your app a picture of the safe space for collection which is by our recycling bin. The guy knocks the door and my autistic son spoke to him through the window, as you can see in the ring door bell camera footage, unfortunately my son had forgotten the information and though he was homeless and offered him an apple instead. However, on the way up the drive he looks at the parcel as well. 00417448279, 11th April, We again had used your app and safe space, we left an additional note in our window which he read as you can see in the picture... however, HE STILL left it!! I have called up this number 0121 275 0500 and you are hoping this these staff could be better and help, but no, you are wrong! They keep sending me back to Curry's and wasting my time to fix YOUR mistakes. One minute they tell you they cannot see the safe space area to check if you have done it, and then the next call they are saying we can see there you have not put a safe space provided even though we have confirmation.

Very unprofessional company saying they have delivered a parcel when they have not they are crooks & liars & the company's such as ultimate outdoors should be ashamed of themselves for using this shabby company i have spoken to ultimate outdoors they are investigating my daughters missing parcel with DPD not only lost the parcel costing over £100 but caused alot of stress & upset.

They Are Liars I received notification my parcel would be delivered, but I would be out. I filled in the form for my parcel to be left with my neighbour. I later received notification my parcel had been delivered, but to my horror, the attached photo showed it was a very large item that had been left on my doorstep. However the message stated it had been placed 'inside' my porch. THIS WAS A LIE as I was out and my porch was locked, and I had stated it should be delivered next door. I immediately contacted my neighbour who took in my package. Unfortunately I didn't keep a picture of the delivery, and now the photo has been removed. I completed the feedback for DPD to contact me, and surprise, surprise ... no response from them

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DPD UK. Today, I received a parcel that was supposed to contain 9kg of dry foods worth nearly £100. However, when I received, it had been tampered with and contained only a Hay Bag weighing around 3kg. This parcel was dropped off at the Crewe drop-off centre (Unit 1, The Gateway, Beswick Drive, CW1 5NP) by my brother last Friday. I paid nearly £13 for this service on Friday night, and it is unacceptable that I received the wrong items. The lack of accountability and professionalism from DPD is deeply disappointing. Additionally, the customer care representatives were unhelpful and unfriendly, adding to my frustration. This experience has left me feeling incredibly let down and I cannot trust DPD to handle my deliveries in the future.

Every time you buy something on Amazon or any company and says DPD delivery,you know you are f**ked. Paid next day delivery and they would never deliver. They just pick their own time for delivery,no options to reschedule or add other options like deliver to neighbours. Very rare to see Amazon driver to drive back and fourth over days to deliver an item. They will make they deliver on first attempt.DPD don't care,worst delivery company ever.

Item damaged on arrival,heard the driver throw it on the floor and saw him run off before I could answer the door snapping the plant in half and emptying the soil from it's pot.

Driver refused to take parcels as DPD labels weren’t printed. Return address clearly on parcels. Showed him email and QR codes. He didn’t want to know. Said he would be back when labels were printed and haven’t seen or heard since. All emails bounce back and phones don’t answer. The worst possible customer service. I begrudge giving them 1 star, there should be a no star option. I will never deal with this outfit again and will discourage any who ever asks me

I was using Eurosender to send a package from Croatia to Sweden, and DPD is a partner of Eurosender. DPD lost my package of 20 kg, it was a big package. I think they stole it. It was my shoes and bags. All the other packages were delivered normally

Why can't we give no Stars infact it is only worthy of minus!! Shambolic from the chat to time wasted on the phone.. Told they could not deliver..only realised after they failed to deliver the second time that they don't actually try to!! I stupidly paid extra to ensure delivery & they never came anywhere near!! Time slot 12-18.00 at 16.00 failed attempt (only they didn't!!) Then they were shut!! 2 hrs before my delivery slot had even finished! A joke, a disgrace!!! Why do companies use them?!

I'm a pensioner who received a bulky delivery this morning, which blocked up the front entrance of the house. I asked the driver if he'd kindly put the large box by the garden gate, he said "I've delivered it already" and left.

I have ordered 2 separate items from 2 different companies recently on line. Unfortunately both these sellers used DPD to deliver ( sorry not deliver) these goods. Their tracking system is totally flawed and states that goods waiting to be picked up and is never updated. These people are the worst courier system going and should not be used. BE WARNED. Only gave them 1 star so I could write this review.

This company is terrible you pay for next day service and they do not pick up from parcel shop 2-3 days maybe more & customer service is terrible
