“After waiting more than a week for my delivery, rather than the fast delivery usually associated with Amazon purchases, the parcel arrived. Unfortunately, it did not contain the Retainer Brite tablets I had ordered and paid for but cheap, generic version from China. I emailed Customer Services and have to say that Jason responded very quickly. However, from placing my initial order to receiving the correct product, took a month! I will not use this company again.”
