“As a UK consumer I’m concerned about cost, counterfeit goods and ease of service for teeth whitening BUT since finding these guys I’m really, really happy. Products are clearly legitimate, the costs are very reasonable compared to UK dental practice list prices , and my gosh, products are typically delivered to door within 10 days. This is a great service . Thank you .”

“My order arrived in the U.K. in good time. Tracking my parcel was slightly problematic but, after contacting the company, I was reassured it was on its way. It arrived the next day tracked. “I am very disappointed by how long it took to receive my order. The website product page says same-day shipping for orders received before 2:30pm. I received my item 8 days later, and i note it wa sent by RM48. Meaning it was actually dispatched 6 days after purchase —a service level outrageously beyond the "same day dispatch" promise. If I had known you would ship out the product 1 week later, I would have bought the item from any of the 100 other online options. If you can't keep your fast dispatch promise, you should remove this from the website so customers can make a well-informed decision. ”
