At first I didn’t receive the email confirmation, however this was due to a fault their end, I emailed the customer service email and within a couple of hours I had a response. “I placed an order over a week ago, no order confirmation (checked junk email) and no details of my delivery date. Checked my bank they have charged me for the items. I have emailed the email address on the website and it has bounced back with domain name does not exist, I tried again, copying and pasting the email address from website with the same response. Not the best customer service when you can't contact them! Hoping my delivery turns up at some point but not feeling hopeful.”
