Unfortunately there was some mix-up with my order at the posting depot however this was swiftly dealt with when I contacted costumer service; spoke with Jason who sent a replacement item the same day which was delivered with no issues. I have not yet tried the item, I am leaving this review based on my outcome of using their customer service. I will leave another review once I have used the whitening gel. Thank you!”
