“Have used Direct Teeth Whitening a couple of times now, and haven't really had many issues. The product (Poladay) is well priced compared to other online stores. My only reason for not the full 5* is the lack of communication. For some reason, I never receive any sort of email confirmation from them, and they don't seem to respond to any queries via their email address or online contact form. I was getting worried that my order wasn't going to be delivered, so emailed them 2 times to check it had gone through successfully and never received a response. My order took 9 days to arrive - which was a few days longer than advertised on their site. I would've been fine with that if they had kept me up to date with my order - but I had no tracking information or anything. So if they could improve their communication, then they would get the full 5*.”

“I have used this product 3 times now and not disappointed yet. It works fast and well, usually within few applications. Few minor things in my opinion, the packaging is basic, just thrown in an envelope, a bit sad knowing it’s not cheap but I guess they didn’t act on the actual product. I also think that the seringue doesn’t contain enough gel hence you have to buy at least 6. Your teeth also become more sensitive but other than that I would recommend this product and will buy again”

“I am really pleased with the way my teeth are gradually getting whiter. The product is easy to use, although I'd prefer the syringe nozzle to be fixed, not detachable, as sometimes it pops off and wastes a little of the gel. Overall, a great product.”

“I hadn’t realised this item was being shipped from the US, so it did take a little longer to arrive than I hoped, however it still came within 8 days of my original order so that’s not too bad. One of the syringes had been damaged/ crushed in transit which was disappointing, although this is a logistics issue and isn’t a reflection on the company directly. The actual product looks fine ( minus the damaged one- which I will not use). I am unable to comment on the quality or effectiveness of the product as I haven’t used it yet. That said, I would use this company again.”
