“Delivery took a little longer than expected but concidering its coming from the USA to UK it wasn't to bad. I emailed and got a reply within 2 days and Jason was very helpful. Happy with my order, used the whitening gel twice and can see a difference. One star lost because delivery was 1.5 weeks late.”

“Product took a long time to arrive - around a week and a half. Possibly felt a long time as I ordered it on a Saturday and I don’t think they count the weekends in their delivery time window of 4-7 days. Product itself was delivered with damage to the outer plastic packaging of the syringes. Luckily after checking it over it didn’t appear to have damaged the actual syringes. Was only packaged in very thin bubble wrap bag so not surprising that it got squashed during transit.”

“Packaging has changed from storage box's to plastic bags so you are not sure what strength Gel your are getting anymore , the written information sheet is now clearly just a photo copy , I had to double check on old emails to make sure I had bought from the correct company and not been scammed, I have emailed with no reply so I just hope I got what I paid for because it doesn't say and wasn't cheap”

“Cant beleive the results, I use 16% and my teeth look amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Its a gradual process so you can reach the desired whiteness you want. Mine only took one week. Fantastic”

“Delivery time was longer than anticipated. First use didn’t show much difference. Tried again and can see a slight difference. Possibly not as effective as other treatments I have used, however no sensitivity afterwards. May be a bit too soon to say in fairness. Wish I had taken a before photo”
