J'ai eu un accès d'un compte steam pour télécharger un jeu jouable que hors ligne au bout de 2 jours (et encore, le compte était bloqué par steam guard).
Le support a clos mon ticket, aucun support, aucune aide. Totalement illégal en plus j'en suis persuadé.

“Bought what I thought was a Steam key. Turned out to be the login to the sellers (GameGuru) own Steam-account with the instructions to log in, install the game from his gamelibrary, logout and play offline.
This is violating the Steam Terms of Condition.
