“A few days ago I purchase an Animal Crossing New Horizons Account wrongly because somehow the game in my shopping cart changed and I bought animal crossing instead of an Switch online Family Membership. So I immediately contacted the seller (DIGITALGAMES) and after a little talk they said that they can do a refund but it would take 30 days ( -,- ). So I decided to contact the Difmark support over Telegram and they said they only can do a refund if the seller accept and they only can do a refund to my Difmark account which means I can buy another item at Difmark. I accepted it and since then the seller (DIGITALGAMES) stopped answering my questions… it’s been 6 days and still no refund or any guarantee that I will get my money back. Difmark support only says they will contact the seller but nothing more. I didn’t got the account with animal crossing and I also didn’t got my money back. Waste of time and money. Don’t buy there !”

“Bought game that was "shared account", after factory reset on device i couldn't reinstall game again that i paid for. In communication with shop seller he give me just feedback that before buying i should already contact him so he explain me what i am buying.
In talk with Difmark support they was trying to explain me that it was MORE INFO button where i am having all needed information. I present my flow that if I go over profile page of Seller there is no more information showing "once time" installing of game.
Never returning back, money lost, child unhappy.”

Once you apply for a refund and provide all the proof they can come up with they will go silent and never reply. So no money, no working program, no replacement, nothing. “Big scams guys try to purchase the Mafia game can t get the game before the expire 48 hours I spoke to the chat support asking for total refund. Send me a ticket number with my request for refund .. after 2 days not gets back from them contact the support won’t refund me because the delivery the game after my request of refund. No email notification nothing try to play on word but the problem is the send to me a request refund email before the delivery time so I decide to bought directly from PSN store. No i get rob by not getting the game do not try guys is that legit company not sure”
