“Bought as a gift for the missus and she loved it. Size guide was very helpful when ordering and it fit like a glove (shame it was a top !!) when she tried it on. She's since worn it on a ride and finds it very comfortable a a great layer in her kit.”
Hi Arthur
I am sorry that we were late refunding your purchase. We outsource our warehousing and logistics function and unfortunately the returns department has had a backlog which has caused delays with refunds and exchanges.
We have a 14 days returns policy (which is pretty standard in e-commerce), although we usually process items within a few days.
Our warehouse is implementing a new systems to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
Alex who looks after customer service has been liaising with those people experiencing delays and processing refunds and exchanges on receipt of their tracking confirmation once items have been received by our warehouse.
“Arrived very promptly. Bought as gift, but am told that they're the comfiest thing worn on a bike. No zips on ankles which is a plus. Bum padding exquisite, and coped admirably with Yorkshire drizzle.”
“Bought these socks after reading write up on website which said they contained Merino wool. When received, they were mainly cotton - no wool. Rather expensive for plain socks. I e mailed and pointed this out, but was just referred to small print (which did have correct materials) on website. Website has now been corrected, but would not have bought these had I realised. Hopefully recipient won't be too fussy.”
“I bought this cycling shirt for my husband and it is far too short. We’ve measured it against his other FLAB shirts which are the same size and it is much shorter.
As a company that markets itself as a place where non typically sized cyclists can buy kit, at the very least you need to get the sizing right. I have had this problem with women’s kit too - you need to be consistent.”
