I phoned on a Wednesday to explain I had to send back wet boots as too small and needed them for the Friday morning, then they said that they would send me the next size up by courier and would get by the Thursday and so I did. Really really impressed with the service. Also the wetsuit itself is amazing. I am a comfortable size 18/20 and the 16 fits line a glove. I’ll be back as Arnie says!!”
