“I paid extra ship cost to get next day shipping to ensure that the game I purchased would arrive on time for my family gathering. I completed my purchase on Sunday and Christmas was on Wednesday and I needed it by Thursday. It was not taken to UPS until Tuesday evening and was delivered on Friday. Why wouldn’t it have been shipped out on Monday? It’s not the end of the world but I’m not sure why it would have sat all day on Monday and not shipped until late Tuesday evening. I tried calling but there was no response.”
