“I just wanted to let potential customers know about my experience of purchasing a new camera bag from Carmarthen cameras today as it deserves a mention. For some reason there was an issue with PayPal when I was trying to complete my order and the system would not let me finish it. I rang Carmarthen Cameras to see if there was a problem their end and was immediately handed over to one of the staff called Joe who, I was informed, would be able to help me. To say Joe went above and beyond in his efforts to help me sort it out and complete the sale is the understatement of the decade. He gave me several different options to try and all the while remained cheerful and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding his I.T system and its quirks and foibles and was not happy until he had given me every possible solution to get my order through. He then went out of his was to suggest the best postal services to use for a weekend delivery, as some are not as reliable as others. Armed with all this information I went back online and the order was rapidly made....all made possible because of Joe's help and his endless patience......and may I say wonderful attitude and cheerful demeanor. It is surprising but very refreshing to find staff like this in retail today, who seem to take a genuine interest in helping their customers....and the upshot for them is that I will use their business again for my future photographic purchases because of my very positive buying experience today. I will finish by saying that you should trust Carmarthen Cameras implicitly for your photography needs. They are a top caring company who are happy to go the extra mile for their customers and Joe in particular is a credit to his profession and C.C should be very proud of him!”

“The lens I was looking for was a fair bit cheaper with Carmarthen but I'd not bought before or heard anything about them so I was a bit nervous about purchasing from them. However, the trust pilot reviews were excellent and they responded to a query very quickly so I decided to buy from them and I'm really glad I did. Excellent lens with the best price delivered quickly!”

“I ordered a used zoom lens three days before going on holiday. It arrived the next day, in perfect packaging and in immaculate condition. I then traded in a different zoom I had bought elsewhere and got a decent offer that was paid within two days of the lens reaching Carmarthen. The staff have been helpful and friendly. Impressed!”

“I managed to smash my lens (caught the cable when the camera was tethered and it crashed to the ground). Took it to Carmarthen Cameras - more in hope than anything else - and within a week it had been repaired and was back on the camera. Very happy.”

“Amazing service .Previously I had visited the shop for a few bits whilst on holiday but yesterday 17th Oct. I bought a few items via the website. . They were delivered to my house in Manchester today 18th Oct . Perfect packaging, goods as expected. Cannot recommend enough. Sadly I can only give 5 stars 🌟”

“I was visiting family in South Wales so had to pop in and check out the place. Well laid out and easy to view all the gear.
