“Ordered a few items as a gift. Only received half my order but still charged for full amount. order arrived with a invoice that stated then the missing items will be refunded yet I’ve not yet received a refund or had any reply to 3 emails. The live chat and 2 phone call attempts about my refund.
Will not use this company again!
