“They only provide black and white copies of original manuals. I have recommended to them they provide an option for color copies at a premium price but my suggestion was rebuffed. My recent order was almost illegible because the original Nikon manuals used pastel colors”

“The experience is quite different from the usual shopping experience these days. First off all, the communication is quite lacking. You get a order confirmation but that's all. I would have expected at least another email confirming that it was shipped out, ideally containing a tracking number. If you do end up contacting the customer service, be prepared to wait several days between answers. Answers which are usually rather short and don't really answer the questions completely. The actual product shipped is okay, but not more. The printing quality is not overwhelming, but I guess it's sufficient to be able to read it. Especially smaller text in the illustrations suffer from the low resolution (maybe 100dpi at best?). Also the manual was just printed in B/W while the original PDFs from the manufacturer contained some colored pages. All in all, it's fine but in hindsight I would have probably printed it myself, especially since the import taxes, post office processing fees and shipping costs are not considered in their advertisements. Considering all that, on top of my poor experience with customer service, I don't even want to think about their 100% satisfaction guarantee..”

I'm sorry to hear of this experience. Firstly, we send three automatic emails when you place an order. One as soon as it is placed, one when we import the order into the office and one when it is dispatched. I don't know why you didn't receive the second and third emails. They will have been sent. Secondly, we can't include a tracking number. The price to include tracking would dramatically increase the price we need to charge for postage. I'm sorry you had to wait for replies to your email. This is not acceptable. We are supposed to answer all emails the same working day. This will be looked into. Thirdly, we make it clear that we can only print in black and white. To print in colour would not be cost effective. Finally, I don't know what you mean about "import taxes and post office processing fees". We charge a fee for postage and packaging which is clearly shown on our website. There should have been no additional charges applied locally. Our 100% guarantee means that if you are not happy you simply need to return the manual for a 100% refund. You can always do this.

Hello Unfortunately the manual you ordered was a Sony manual and they only make their manual to view onscreen. We downloaded and printed this out and this is why there are no page numbers or index. This only happens on the some Sony manuals.
