“The camera manual was received within about three days of ordering, weekend included so no problem there. Ther reason for awarding three stars is because the envelope it arrived in was do flimsy that ut had split in transit and the post office had put the contents in a plastic bag to deliver. I think for the price I was charged for postage and packing, that a sturdier package could have been used, given that the manual was heavy and split into two separate items in order to bind it.”

Hello We send out hundreds of orders a week with out problems. Unfortunately sometimes Royal mail are not taking care with the packages. I will pass your comments on.

“I recently purchased a manual from OTC for a Leica digilux1, the guide was perfect, slightly larger than the original, so the typeface was much clearer to read. The quality of the manual was very good. I was particularly impressed by the speed in which I received it from ordering it. I will use OTC again, when the need arises.”
