“I wasted precious time comparing their prices with other companies. When I placed 2 orders, they came back saying the items were not in stock (despite being shown in stock on their website). Now my whole event is ruined as other companies can't produce my items in time.

Many thanks for your feedback. Whilst every effort is made to show live stock levels across the range, occasionally this is not possible, whether through production partner's not offering this service, or data not being updated in a timely manner. We can only apologise for this and we did make you aware of this at the earliest possible opportunity. We also offered available, replacement products, which you chose not to go ahead with. We then refunded the order in full when we were not able to deliver your order in time.
