With us being first time buyers, we knew very little of how it all worked. They talked us through what we had to do next when we got to different stages in the buying process, informing us to when we had to hire our own solicitor. Giving us recommendations to who to use and the average price it will all cost. Just overall the experience and process went a lot more smoothly with them directing us when we needed it and just giving their own advise when they thought it was necessarily.
